Walking

The average person today does not typically have the time or motivation to exercise daily or even a few times a week. The best way to loose weight it cardiovascular exercise, at least 30 minutes of high intensity works out where your heart is at a higher consistent speed then usual. Walking can also help you loose weight. If you want to loose wait by just walking try increasing your incline on the treadmill. Also, instead of walking with right arm and left leg up and down together, change to right arm and right leg, you will burn 26 percent more calories. 1. The fact you stated about how you lose 26% more calories if you walk with your right arm and right leg is very interesting. I never knew that you could burn so much from that kind of change. Next time I go to the gym, I will have to try it out.

  2. I can't believe how lazy people are! Thirty minutes of cardio is barely any sort of workout to be considered a "minimum"! That statistic about how "swaying" your arms differently is pretty interesting and shocking. I wouldn't think there is that significant of a difference, in the amount of calories burnt off by the body.

  3. Being a former 220 pound kid in the eight grade and now as a junior i weigh 165, i firmly agree with being healthy, and getting a good cardio workout. Its great to go on a run which i do often usually 4 miles everyday and track. But i also like to stress the importance of mixing cardio with weight lifting because cardio exercises such as running pave the way for fat burn which can be replaced by muscle with a proper workout routine. I learned alot about proper dieting, workouts, and techniques when i lost 60 pounds so i like the subject for this blog.
